FREE Parking

The parking lot in front of the building is FREE during the day.
Currently, pay parking is only in effect on weekends and after 8 PM on weekdays. The parking machines will only accept payment when a pay parking is in effect. If a payment attempt to pay for parking, the ticket machine will display "FREE PARKING" and will not process payment.
