Dr. Cristina Sovarel

Dr. Cristina Sovarel is a highly experienced dental practitioner with over two decades in dentistry. She obtained her Doctor of Dental Medicine degree from the University of Medicine & Pharmacy, Faculty of Dentistry in Bucharest in 2000. Throughout her six-year program, she was awarded a merit scholarship. Upon graduation, she pursued a year-long internship program where she honed her skills at a hospital emergency department and in private dental practice.

In 2004, she relocated to Canada and continued her education at the University of Western Ontario, School of Dentistry, where she earned her dental degree in 2009. She has since been practicing dentistry in Canada, serving patients of all ages and conditions.

With a focus on exceptional clinical care, Dr. Cristina Sovarel places great importance on providing individualized attention to each of her patients. Her dedication to providing the highest standard of care is evident through her continued efforts to advance her knowledge and skills through participation in advanced study courses, particularly in the areas of Restorative, Cosmetic Dentistry and Temporomandibular disorders.

As a member of several professional organizations, including the CDA, ADA, and EDDS & Edmonton Multidisciplinary Dental Study Club, Dr. Cristina Sovarel stays up-to-date with the latest advancements in dentistry. Her extensive experience and commitment to excellence make her a valuable asset to her patients and the dental community.

In her personal time, she enjoys spending time with family, traveling, reading, and engaging in outdoor activities.
