We will always attempt to bill directly your dental insurance. However, it is understood that the patient is ultimately responsible for fees associated with services rendered.
We expect that any balance not covered by the insurance company to be paid at the time of service.

We deliver the highest quality care at the most reasonable cost to our patients, therefore payment is due at the time service is rendered unless other arrangements have been made in advance.
